Boost for skilled workers
SKILLED workers who have acquired the Malaysian Skills Certificate until Level 5, which is equal to a diploma, will soon be able to further their studies as new levels similar to degrees and doctorates will soon be introduced, said Deputy Human Resources Minister Senator Datuk Maznah Mazlan.
