TF Chong
Managing Director, Hewlett-Packard (M) Sdn Bhd
TF Chong oversees the operations of HP in Malaysia. His appointment in May 2002 marked a new chapter for HP Malaysia following the HP-Compaq global merger that year. Throughout his tenure, TF has been pivotal in strengthening the HP brand and establishing HP Malaysia as an industry leader through astute planning and prescient policies. From the moment he assumed duty, TF has guided HP to maintain steady year-on-year growth in virtually every sector it operates.
Under his able stewardship HP has regularly won industry awards over the years, including the Computerworld Readers’ Choice Awards in categories ranging from business PCs to personal digital assistants; and from enterprise storage solutions to the top IT services and support organisation.

During his tenure HP remained the No.1 selling PC vendor in Malaysia from 2002 to 2005 (Source: IDC Asia/Pacific PC Tracker). The company also clinched the ASEAN Cup 2003 and 2004 – an internal performance metrics challenge among HP offices in South East Asia. HP Malaysia was also awarded Malaysia ISO9001:2000 by SIRIM International QAS Sdn. Bhd.
Prior to his current position, TF was the Managing Director of Compaq Malaysia and before that, General Manager for Tandem Malaysia. TF also spent ten years in Philips and Unisys Malaysia where he managed several major financial services accounts.
TF is a qualified electronics engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of Brunel, UK. He is an active member of The Association of the Computer and Multimedia Industry of Malaysia (PIKOM) and American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).

Anita Lim
Segment Head, Manufacturing Distribution Industry, Hewlett-Packard (M) Sdn Bhd
Anita Lim is the Segment Head of Manufacturing Distribution Industry (MDI) in Hewlett-Packard (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HP). She oversees the complete suite of TSG offerings and has been with HP since 1999.
Throughout her 18-year career, she has worked in the manufacturing sector as well as ERP companies, as a consultant, prior to joining HP.
She brings extensive experience in coordinating projects for manufacturing-based organisations as well as hardware and software systems integration. Thanks to her manufacturing background, Anita is naturally a hands-on leader, actively leading the TSG sales team here. She has also helped HP Malaysia win some of their largest corporate and multinational clients.

In her 8-year career with HP, she has seen a multitude of changes and has in-depth understanding on various HP product offerings, diverse market segments, latest solutions and services, as well as expertise and knowledge on backend support for the finance, sales operations and marketing sectors. Anita has also won numerous industry awards and accolades.

Eric Ikeda
Managing Director, Global IT, Malaysia Centre in Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP)
Eric Ikeda is the Managing Director, Global IT, Malaysia Centre in Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP). Responsible for establishing the HP Global IT Malaysia Centre in Cyberjaya, one of his key roles is to ensure that the centre will be able to meet the growing demand of global IT firms for high-end software engineers. Apart from managing the facility and overseeing the daily operations, he is also the key HP contact with MDeC.
Throughout his 12-year career in HP, he has served the company in various positions, including Director, Global Business Operations, GADSC / Global IT; Director, Global Delivery, Application Services and Director, US West Region, Managed Services.
Eric has extensive experience in the software industry, and played a leading role in laying the foundations of HP’s outsourcing operations. He joined HP to assist in the start of its IT Outsourcing Practice, and along the way was ranked as the top sales performer for HP Enterprise Sales (US). Prior to joining HP, Eric served as principal and managing principal for several software consultancies. He started his career as a programmer analyst and was a software architect for a large ERP software provider.
He graduated from Bowling Green State University, US and is married with four children. Eric enjoys mountain biking, golfing, snowboarding, and engaging himself in fine wood working as well as origami.
