Mr A, an employee of my company received a second warning letter from the company for his misbehaviour.
His immediate supervisor, Ms B came to me, expressing concern, claiming that Mr A accused that the incident was related to her.
She said Mr A threatened to "make her pay for this" because she alerted the management but the truth is she did not do so at all.
That same night, when Ms B went out to her car, there were scratches down both sides that were not there before.
The scratches look like they were made with a knife or some kind of sharp object.
Ms B said she is scared and also scared that her husband might do something to Mr A to "put him in his place."
What should I do to help to resolve this problem?
